Testing of Complex Semiconductor Devices
M5 Robotics' test engineers and engineering managers posses the cross-discipline understanding necessary for figuring out ways to reduce the per-function cost of testing complex systems-on-chip (SOGs) devices, digital modulation schemes, and wireless RF.
Automatic Test Engineering (ATE) Systems Development
M5 Robotics develops, maintains, and evaluates ATE facilities for clients. We provide system testing and control services and develop advanced engineering prototypes.
Consulting in Design-for-Test (DFT) Concepts
M5 Robotics supports the application of DFT technology for reducing the cost of successful tests. DFT employs scan technology, fault modeling, and automatic test pattern generation (ATPG) algorithms. New industry focus is on optimizing test-data-volume (TAV) and test-application-time (TAT).
